KHT’s residential services are a combination of Old-Fashion Customer Service mixed with the latest in Home Technology. We start with a pre-site survey, where we will look at everything you want and discuss the best ways to accomplish that. That is followed by an email restating the objectives and the estimate for the worked discussed. We will call you the next day to discuss any changes needed and set up an installation time. Before we get started we walk the job thru one more time to finalize all details.
Now for the Fun stuff! Our knowledgeable and polite technicians will show up ready to work. When the work is done and all traces of us are cleaned up. Our technician will explain how to use your system and discuss any questions you may have. We will send a follow up email with FAQ’s and instructional guides, for your reference. When we leave, you will be completely educated on how to use your new system and the only thing left behind are satisfied customers.
Home Technology Assistance & Installations
We amplify your home life with technology that will have you happily humming throughout your whole home. Our home services provide you with installs such as whole home audio, allowing you to fill as many rooms as you want with excellent audio, movies and television. The system streams via your wireless internet provider so you can play whatever you’re in the mood for wherever you are.
Since we are a self-insured retailer, all of our systems and installations come under warranty, so when life happens, you’re covered. This isn’t the case with most major retailers. For example, when you buy from someone like Amazon, you would need to buy supplementary insurance from the retailer to ensure your purchases were covered.
Plus, we guarantee ease of use with your new tech—or not so new tech! Our education program provides you with training on how to best utilize any system we install. We take time to make sure you’re confident in using your new systems. In fact, our owners visit every single job site to make sure you are satisfied and excited about our work. Even if it’s been months (or years!) since the initial install of your system, we are always happy to do a site visit to refresh your memory on how your home systems work!
